I am absolutely appalled at this products make up. The condition it has arrived in is highly dangerous and could easily have electrocuted and killed someone.It arrived with no back plate attached to the electrical section and there is no where in the instructions to tell us to fix it to the bottom of the stand, which holds the electrics.Therefore I didn’t even notice it when I unwrapped it, I just plugged it into the wall and switched it on!! Your instructions say it’s not for children but your advert online and the photo on the box show the product with a child?!I have checked the fuse and it is a 13A which is sending a massive current through the main wire - massive amounts more than required.Has this product even passed EU regulations as it certainly doesn’t align with UK wiring regulations, 18th Edition? The earth wire should be connected adequately to the metal surround to ground the current - how can you sell a product that doesn’t have this as standard?! The other wires have small plastic caps on their ends which can easily be taken off, which would expose the person to the full current. There is no fixed plate to house the wires securely. It should have 4 screws in each corner - requiring an adult to dismantle it with a screw driver. There is no warning on the instructions about the wiring, all information is about the sand art?!!There is up to 265V going into a metal object that has not been grounded, as the earth wire has not been connected to the meal body. The plug has a 13amp fuse when it only requires a 3amp fuse, so it’s too high for the product. The mechanical safety precaution (the bottom outer casing) only has a small about of adhesive to cover the wires but it should have screws to keep it in place.

the bubbles cause the sand to stick halfway, so then you have to continuously keep moving the glass to keep the sand moving

This looks good and it continually draws your eyes away from the tv, nice to have !

Lamp is nice, shame the remote doesn’t work. No instructions to connect it, just a download link to an app that has no instructions either.
