I found this in a health foods store and took a chance on it as I was frequently dehydrated due to illness. This is now my second bag and it will be in permanent rotation in my beverage selection. Besides the health benefits, this powder does not taste chemically and it doesn't leave that sticky aftertaste. LOVE the fresh pineapple taste. It is not overly sweet and it dissolves easily.

Totally worth it. Taste great,dissolves nicely great ingredients. Keeps me very hydrated. Energy level stays up.

This stuff is pretty tasty if you want your bottle of plain, ordinary water to have the delightful taste of pineapple. That it does. As for all the other claims on the package? Well, that's kind of out for debate.Does it provide energy? I haven't noticed any improvement. I typically drink this after doing yardwork or going for a walk and I'm already exhausted.Hydration support? You're already drinking this with water, so will this give you "extra hydration"? I don't even know what that means. Maybe I am feeling extra hydrated but I just don't know it. A quick trip to the bathroom usually relives me of any extra hydration I may be experiencing.Lastly, immunity. From what? Covid? Common cold? Hush money prosecution? Again, maybe it is boosting my immune system. I don't know. I'm not going to go around licking doorknobs to test that theory. I can't imagine how much of this you would have to ingest to make me impervious to disease.So in the end, it makes plain tap or bottled water taste like SpongeBob's house. It's good at that. Make sure to mix/shake thoroughly though. You don't want clumps. The rest of the claims? Your mileage may vary but I don't see any major improvements.

I just got introduced to Sun Warrior Active Hydration . I tried the Juicy Pineapple first. It’s taste like pineapple which is great. Now I’m drinking the Strawberry Colada. It’s my favorite so far. I e shared the sticks with friends and they all love it! More flavors please. Holiday flavors? Maybe apple spice that we could mix in hot water for a warming hydrating drink?
