Good product for bakery
Used it couple of times now worked pretty well with the recipe, the only thing would be if can be in bottles not in the sealed bag as everyone open the bag the powder was flying out.

Used 8g per sourdough loaf and it made a pretty pinkish- purple loaf! Does not change the flavor or texture.

I like the flavor of this powder! It doesn’t taste weird at all. I mix this powder with ube extract for drinks and it gives such a pretty vibrant color since my extract is clear since most have harmful dyes to get that color.
