I bought this because I was prescribed metformin and it has been kicking my.... So far so good.

I appreciate it being USA made, and tthe fact that it is non-GMO. I do wish it was also organic, ideally USDA organic.I also appreciate the fact that the Berberine was third-party tested, althoough they did not provide any information about who that third-party was nor what was tested, which would help increase my confidence in the contents. But given the current price, it seeems relatively like a pretty good value for Berberine.

A good berberine supplement—easy to take and swallow. As for the health benefits, I haven’t noticed any changes and feel the same as usual.

This Berberine is easy to take. No aftertaste or side effects that I've detected yet. So far, so good.

This was my first time trying berberine and I was honestly a bit surprised by how quickly I noticed a difference. I am taking it to help with my appetite because I am trying to cut out sugar and I have the worst sweet tooth. This has literally cut my cravings to nothing. I also noticed that I have better focus. I do notice that I experience some irritability and occasional headaches while taking it but I'm hoping that those effects become minimal with continued use. The pills are easy to swallow and have no odor or after taste. 10/10.
