Q: How do I attach the bag onto the pole please

No need. The bag is pre-fitted and stitched securely to the picking head. The head is secured to the pole, by a bolt and wing nut.

Q: What is the weight of the picker? Product/packaging dimension is showing 23Kg!!

I’ve just weighed it and it’s approx. 1.5kg, 154.5cm long when unextended.

Q: How do I get the telescopic bit to open out?

Hi MargaretIf you twist the pole, it will open to allow you to extend it. Once it is at the length you require, than twist the pole again (either way - clockwise or anti clockwise) and it will lock it into place to stop it retracting. Once again when you have finished then simply twist the handle again and it will retract. Be careful when retracting the pole otherwise if you hand is between both sections, you are likely to catch it between the two halves.Hope this has been a help, the pole is a fantastic item.Kind regardsPete

It's about 6 foot folded. Doubles when open, so it's huge.
