Delicious
Great product! I am trying to eat lectin free because my stomach is much happier and I always loose weight when avoiding lectins. This tiger nut flour is wonderful. I found some recipes on the “net” that used tiger nut flour which I had never heard of before and they baked up beautiful. The taste of the flour is very mild, just delicious. Can’t really describe it. Try it out. At least Amazon has a great return policy in case you don’t like it. I doubt that you won’t be happy.

DELICIOUS! I had no idea that this flour is so good. The only improvement is, we need to know if the product is heavy-metal free. I'll definitely be ordering more. We need it in 10 pound bags!

Great but Expensive
I made the pancake recipe that's listed under the product on Amazon and they were really good. They had a nice texture and tasted great. It's just too bad that it's so expensive.

Tigernut Flour you'll want to devour
I really like this organic tigernut flour. It's gluten free. It has a slightly sweet flavor. The fiber content makes net carbs very low as well. Just make sure you don't eat to much or you may get some tummy troubles. I substitute it cup for cup in recipes calling for almond flour.
