This is the best product I have ever used so far. I have been takin it for about 11 months now and I have lost 160 lbs. It does work. The trick is to keep your daily calorie intake at 1000-1100 calories per day meaning sayin no to sugar, fast food and carbs( well u can have a slice of bread) and do a little bit of cardio daily- in my case I walk my 100lbs dog twice a day 30-45 min each time.
